AWWW, SHUCKS, THAT WAS A NICE THING TO SAY!

If you are going to sell your home, don’t list with anyone unless it’s Shelley Mitchell!

Shelley hires (and pays for) a professional photographer and she makes sure your home shows as beautifully as it possibly can!  She suggested things for me to pack away to ‘unclutter’ and then staged my home in a way that made everyone that came in feel RIGHT AT HOME!  She brought beautiful houseplants and colorful towels to brighten things up, then priced my home perfectly!  We ended up getting 15 offers and got close to $100,000 over our asking price, which MORE THAN PAID FOR the commission that she completely EARNED AND DESERVED!! 

If you hire a Realtor that is taking photos of your home with their cell phone, FIRE THEM!  Hire Shelley instead!  If you don’t believe me, ask her to show you photos of her listings and compare them to other listings you see! 

I couldn’t be happier!  She took care of EVERYTHING!  You won’t regret hiring her to sell your home!

CONDO HOTEL - Indian Rocks Beach

Shelley went above and beyond when selling our Condo Hotel.  Because it was a rental property she had to work daily with property management and renters to schedule showings.  She was very creative in marketing the property, and found a buyer very quickly in spite of the uniqueness of the building.  When we needed to make minor repairs, she recommended excellent contractors and helped facilitate scheduling.  She made the entire process quick, easy, and stress free.  I truly believe we were so successful in selling because of Shelley.

What made us most appreciative about Shelley was her negotiating skills!  WOW!!  We feel so lucky to have gotten this large home on the water with such a beautiful view at the price we did!  The seller came off his price way more than we expected!  Shelley KNOWS beach properties!  We highly recommend her!  Another great thing about Shelley is that she never takes on more than she alone can handle!!  She knows EVERY detail of each transaction because she takes care of every aspect of her business HERSELF!   Nothing gets overlooked and everything goes smoothly from the moment you sign the offer until you sign the deed at closing!

NEW CONSTRUCTION - Ruskin, FL

I was introduced to Shelley through a friend of ours who recently purchased a home with Shelley, and couldn’t have asked for a more amazing person to work with.   Knowledgeable, on top of her game, and treats you like you are her only priority from first introduction.  My situation wasn’t easy;  I sold my old house in Maryland quickly and only had five weeks to move to Florida.  I was coming down for only two days and had to buy a house within that time frame.   Shelley took the time to learn what I was looking for, helped me narrow down areas I was interested in, and put me in touch with lenders so I’d be ready when I got there.  With such a short time frame (and using our VA benefits), new construction was the way to go.  We didn’t have to worry about someone moving out and we didn't have to worry about repairs being done.  Shelley was on it and with her expertise!  I had a full line up of model homes with multiple builders to look at in those two days I was with her.  Even with so much to choose from, I knew immediately when I walked into my dream home and never had to wonder if there was something better out there.   Thank you Shelley, for helping us find the perfect house to call our home.

Shelley was a very attentive realtor! She has done both, listed and sold us homes. She priced our house perfectly so it sold in 24 hours. She helped us find the perfect home on two separate occasions. She takes the time to listen to what you want and won't stop looking until you find it. She is a great communicator, and kept all of our closings running smooth. Our sellers tried to back out and she handled that without giving us any stress. When we came to look at the house we were purchasing before closing, it was filthy and she even jumped right in to help start cleaning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shelley - you won't be disappointed!!! She is amazing at her job :)
