Real Estate 101

You might not buy and sell homes every day...BUT, I help people buy and sell homes several times each year! If you are a first time home buyer or have bought and sold several homes, you probably have a lot of questions about real estate in 2020!

Real Estate trends change all the time and real estate in one part of Florida can be SO different that real estate in other parts of Florida, and in other states, and certainly in other countries! This blog is here to inform you of what's going on around the west central coast of Florida where I serve Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, and Manatee counties. The main focus of my blog will be real estate and things that influence the market, such as interest rate trends, insurance information, weather and flood zones, etc. I will also give you my HONEST opinion (and theories) from what I have seen and learned selling real estate in Florida over the years. I hope you find this information entertaining and interesting!
